Description

We are looking to hire staff members enthused to learn about the stock market and make investor relations calls on behalf of clients. This job is an entry-level position for an individual looking to get into finance and investor relations.

TASKS
Work closely with Supervisor, Investor Relations teams, and External management to understand clients.
Make outbound phone calls to prospective investors to communicate company stories.
Help develop strategies for companies looking to communicate their story to the investment community.
Note feedback from phone calls and investors into database.
Take direction and guidance from Directors and Copywriters.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Minimum High School Education
Strong communication skills
Ability to take direction and critique
Passionate about emerging technologies, cannabis, mining, and/or green energy.
Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously.
Ability to understand/apply/maintain brand tone of voice.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of business/finance preferred, or eagerness to learn.

This position is for approximately 40 hours per week, with working hours to be typically between 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.
