Our growing property management division is seeking an experienced commercial property manager to join our team.
You should have at least 5 years experience in the commercial real estate industry preferably as a manager, with good knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal matters, marketing and construction.
You will be a highly flexible person, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be highly computer literate with extensive experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will be a multi-tasker who thrives on problem solving and enjoys tackling new challenges every day.

Specific Skills
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
