Position Overview
ICR is searching for a dynamic individual to handle day-to-day brokerage operations. Duties will include preparing offers, leases and related documents to complete successful real estate transactions. Marketing information sheets, presentations and a wide variety of other documents will be key to a successful applicant helping our team succeed and gain valuable knowledge. Organization and prioritization skills are vital in providing quick turnarounds and smooth transitions between our diverse group of sales people.
Responsibilities
Typing of necessary documents for real estate transactions and administration of current document precedents;
Composing general correspondence for agents, including: letters, faxes, etc. as needed;
Tracking current listings, lease expiries, etc. for agents and notifying agents of said expiries;
Administration and maintenance of brokerage keys and cabinet;
Obtaining ISC Corp Profile Reports, land titles, parcel pics and related documents;
Utilizing online maps and performing property research;
Creating striking marketing packages and sales brochures for real estate listings;
Managing social media advertising and online information;
Administration of listings website including new listing postings and removal of leased or sold properties.
Qualifications
Preference for post-secondary education or prior administrative experience (2 years);
Preference for real estate industry experience with legal or marketing experience considered an asset;
Keen ability to multi-task while remaining flexible to swift priority changes in a dynamic team environment;
Established proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
Knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat) considered an asset;
Well-demonstrated proofreading and editing capabilities;
