The SaskCode Regina program is a robotic and coding initiative with a focus on teacher training that supports long-lasting impacts on students. Our SaskCode Regina Team works collaboratively with teachers who have little to no experience with digital literacy in order to assist them in exposing youth to digital literacy at every grade level, across a multitude of subjects. Four robotic kits are loaned out to teachers to use in classrooms and then returned to a central location for maintenance and distribution.

The SaskCode Regina Technician is a full time, temporary position. The dates for the position are from November 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021, with the possibility of extension based on funding. This position is based out of the Regina Public Schools' J.A. Burnett Education Centre in Regina. Days of work are aligned with the teacher days of work as per the three school division calendars.
