Do you enjoy connecting customers with the right solutions and delivering amazing customer experiences?
The System Technician is a tremendous resource and an important element to both the technical aspects and the customer service aspects of the business. You would be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of security and alarm systems. Effective customer service skills are needed in order to deliver an in-depth understanding of customer needs/wants.
Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
Electronics Certification from an accredited technical school
Must understand core and 3rd party products, software and systems and/or electrical technology
Adhere to all safety standards and local and national codes with the highest regard for both contractor and employee safety at all times
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficient computer skills on MS Operating systems including Windows 2000 Server
