Summary:
The Systems Administrator/Office Manager will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and supporting the database infrastructure of our real estate management software, Yardi Voyager. Optimizing performance for our Property Managers, Finance Department, Field staff and Support staff thru training and offering desk-side assistance. Must have a passion for technology, have proficient experiences with complex databases, comprehensive knowledge and experience in finance and be committed to customer service care. After the initial implementation, duties will be expanded to include office management and HR and benefit administration.
Key Focuses
Be the main contact, the super-user of the software, develop and carry out training program(s) including offering desk-side assistance;
Perform complex and sophisticated systems analyses;
Excellent independent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills;
Excellent written and spoken communication;
Strong sense of customer service with good analytical and organization skills;
Detail orientated.
Job Duties:
Create Policies, Procedures and Workflows;
Responsible for the creation and delivery of employee training;
Provide recommendations to improve performance;
Drive resolutions of issues;
Coordinate meetings and deliver regular updates/briefings to Management;
Work as part of a team and liaise with counterparts (that could be remote), as required;
Travel to other office locations, as required;
Proactively maintain and prepare for system maintenance or updates.
