Technicians will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and installation for a variety of customers. Technicians will be working in teams as well as on their own to perform daily tasks. Flexibility and problem solving are paramount for this position. This role will be first and foremost focused on rolling up their sleeves and getting work done.
Responsibilities:
Installing solar, safety and decorative window film
Providing high quality customer service to maintain our good standing in the community
Must be self-motivated as they will be expected to work on their own, and complete projects in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This includes keeping up on inventory.
Becoming proficient in understanding different window film technologies and their applications
Working on ladders and mechanical lifts / Swing Stages / Scaffolding
Requirements:
Strong time management & attention to detail
Approaching new ideas, process and disagreements in a constructive manner
Completing work in a timely manner
Highly driven to succeed and are concerned with building quality relationships
