Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude that aligns and strengthens the Co-operative's vision, mission, values and brand.

2. Be dependable for all scheduled shifts.

3. Provide information, assistance and service in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the customer.

4. Ensure outstanding, courteous customer service is provided at all times to all internal and external customers.

5. Be familiar with and adhere to Southern Plains Co-op Policies and Procedures.

6. Perform interior and exterior housekeeping, and maintenance duties.

7. Order, receive and display merchandise as directed by the Manager.

8. Operate point of sale terminal and prepare daily cash ups.

9. Safety.

10. Other duties as required.
