We are currently recruiting for a dynamic receptionist for one of our clients in Regina. The position is temporary full time with an immediate start and will continue for 3-4 weeks.
In this position you will be performing standard clerical, assistant, and administrative duties that will not be limited to:
-Answering phones, greeting customers, ordering supplies
-Other administrative duties as required
-Scanning and sorting documents electronically
-Perform other office related duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Grade 12 education. Post-secondary business diploma considered an asset
-Familiar with computers
-Combination of experience, education and training may be considered
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Ability to work in a team environment
