Harvest Services is seeking a self-motivated,
organized individual for a term Office Assistant
position. Our ideal candidate has strong computer
and time management skills, attention to detail,
able to work independently, has excellent
communication skills in person and over the phone,
and is able to maintain company confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Providing general administrative and clerical
support including scanning, faxing, copying
to management.
Answering calls from customers regarding
their inquiries and redirect as necessary.
Follow up on emails and forwarded calls.
Preparing and modifying documents including
reports, emails, and shipping documents.
Maintaining inventory data and produce
appropriate documents as needed.
Bookkeeping and/or accounting skills, administrative
experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite would be an asset to the position.
