The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute Inc. (SFNFCI) is the leading, innovative, sustainable, holistic center of research and professional learning to organizations serving children, youth and families.  We attribute our sustained growth and success to the daily contributions of the remarkable individuals who make up our team.
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Curriculum Developer is responsible for the development, editing, quality control, and production of curricula. The Curriculum Developer collaboratively designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training modules, teaching aids and manages all aspects of curriculum development programs to include, but not limited to: technical skills, supervisor, caregiver management and leadership development, protection, prevention and group home worker training. This individual will develop curriculum that is based on First Nations values and culturally relevant practices to be used by training facilitators and/or instructors and training participants.
This individual will be expected to deliver accurate, high quality documentation within a specified timeline with strict deadlines and will work with web based media.  The Curriculum Developer will utilize adult learning principles to develop all instructional material.
