Payroll Administrator / Accounting Technician Sherwood Chevrolet
Sherwood Chevrolet is a high-volume vehicle dealership located in Saskatoon, SK with over 50 years of quality and customer service. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our accounting team as a Full Time Payroll Administrator /Accounting Technician.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Process and manage full payroll cycle for the dealership
Administer and manage employee information regarding benefits plan
Prepare various payroll administrative functions such as WCB remittances and Record of Employment forms
Reconcile bank transactions
Manage the accounts payable function at the dealership
Maintain specific general ledger accounts and dealership records.
Assist in other accounting functions as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent payroll experience
Automotive dealership experience is an asset
Familiarity with ERA Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) would be beneficial
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite
Enjoys working on a team and with other departments
Ability to prioritize work and to manage deadlines
