Description

In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of general office duties, as well as some order packing and minor woodworking as needed. These duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answering and directing calls or providing information to new and existing customers
-Creating quotes, work orders and invoices in Sage 50
-Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and tracking customer accounts in Sage 50
-Manage the administrative duties for office services, including photocopying, and filing, manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintenance of office supplies and equipment
-Prioritizing work orders and directing shop personnel
-Managing company website and social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram and Houzz
-Understanding the National Building Code of Canada and best installation practices
-Other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications we would like to see are:
-Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
-Exceptional customer service
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
-Proficient use of Sage 50 Canadian Edition
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products
-Proficient knowledge of the English language

Previous office work, or experience in the retail field is considered a tremendous asset. You will need to bring a fun, hardworking attitude and steel toed shoes to the table. Flexible scheduling is offered, and benefits are available after 6 months.
