Adecco is currently hiring for an Office Clerk for one of our clients for a temporary, 6 months term. This role is based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Greets customers, vendors and other visitors
Answer incoming calls and take messages or transfer calls
Entering time cards
Frequently interaction with the Service Centre Manager, office staff, shop Supervisors, Production Coordinator, Head Office staff, and Customers
Prepare training presentations and handouts
Reception Duties
General office duties as assigned
