Description

To provide support services that will enhance the well being and social functioning of family units, as well as provide support for those who have been affected by individual or family crisis. Components of the prevention model include personal coaching services through personal crisis intervention, support and assistance including referral to appropriate professional and community resources, develop/coordinate/facilitate personal and family enhancement programs/activities. This position will be based in the community of Montreal Lake 106A.
