- Handling customer complaints and queries
promoting and marketing the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional and also make sure all team members meet the high standard.
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively too their requests
- Answer  the telephone in  a timely and professional manner
- Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management
- Keep work area neat and tidy
- Schedule and Train,
- Billing, Balance reports and do/maintain reports
- Speak English, and if you speak basic Korean will get you additional points
