We are seeking an experienced email marketer to join our demand generation team and take our sales and marketing efforts to the next level.
The role of the Email Marketing Specialist is to generate leads and nurture our prospects through the buyers journey with effective email marketing. This candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, particularly as it relates to inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation, and analytics. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of our email strategy and develop exciting campaigns from the ground up.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Developing email campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and communication with our target audiences
Researching, creating, and testing persona-specific messages to improve campaign performance
Managing nurture campaigns in collaboration with our content team and other demand generation stakeholders to guide prospects and customers through appropriate funnels
Analyzing our current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
Carrying out segmentation of our email database and implementing re-engagement strategies
Running A/B tests on email campaigns to establish effective approaches
Tracking and reporting both high-level and detailed metrics on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
Ensuring email campaigns comply with current laws and best practices in the industry across all markets
Maintaining database cleanliness and performing clean-up efforts and re-engagement campaigns on a regular basis
