We are looking for an administrative assistant on a 2 to 3 month term basis for one of our clients located in Rosthern, SK.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, data entry, basic accounting functions including general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, answering phones and directing calls, filing and other tasks are assigned.
This role is ideal for anyone with previous experience in a financial institution setting, strong work ethic and keen eye for details. Customer service will be a top priority as well.
If you're a whiz with Excel and other software programs such as Word and Outlook, you enjoy a customer driven environment and can work self-sufficiently, this may be the opportunity you're looking for. There may be long term potential for the right candidate.
