The Saskatchewan Health Authority (former Prairie North Health Region)-Meadow Lake, SK, is looking for a full-time or locum GP/Anaesthetist to join an established group of primary care physicians. As part of the Primary Care team, you will be responsible for providing anaesthesia, clinic shifts, outpatient, inpatient, emergency, long-term care, and on-call services to residents of Meadow Lake, with travel to surrounding communities to provide itinerant clinics. Candidates will also have the opportunity to teach residents and medical students training in Meadow Lake under the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine Distributed Medical Education program.
The successful candidate must possess a Diploma in Anaesthesia or have completed an additional year of anaesthesia training post Family Medicine Residency, must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan and have current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.
