Job description:
- Daily administrative duties include copying, filing, receipt/reconciliation and preparation of deposits.
- Accounting experience required, including but not limited to experience with preparation of bank reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger account reconciliation and data entry.
- Property management office experience / background considered an asset.
- Must be familiar with MS office and willing to learn new accounting and/or Property Management Software. (Spectra experience preferred)
- Able to work independently in a small office environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

- Must be bondable
- Part time hours (daily 9-1) with full time potential
