Job Description:
This is an entry level position.
In this position the individual will perform
general office administrative duties. Duties would
include:
Answering and directing telephone calls
and responding to email inquiries
Greeting office visitors
Maintaining filing systems
Managing office supplies
Preparing/typing letters, memos, reports
and other documents
Arranging appointments and coordinating
meetings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and fax
Assisting other staff with administrative
duties and providing general office support
Data entry and other regular office duties
as assigned
Daily cash out preparation
Daily sales reconciliation for the Off-sale
Prepare daily bank deposit, take it to the bank, and pick up coin at the bank.
Prepare daily cash float for Off-sale
Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) daily reconciliations record daily transaction entries in QuickBooks
Job Requirements:
Must have high school diploma, or
equivalent
Office Administration Diploma, or
equivalent
Experience working in an office
environment
Excellent organizational and communication
skills (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as a
part of a team
