The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority (LRRHA) is located in La Ronge, and serves surrounding communities. The LRRHA is currently recruiting for a term (up to 1 year) position of a Tenant Relations and Administrative Officer to join the housing authority. If you are ambitious, provide superior customer service, are skilled in administration, and have a passion for helping others, this could be the job for you!
What youll do:
Review and recommend housing applications;
Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, collect rents;
Handle tenant-related issues and concerns;
Provide administrative support to the office;
Provide backup to the Administrative Assistant when required
What were looking for:
Customer service skills;
Organization and multi-tasking skills;
Oral and written communication skills;
Competent in using computers and technology;
Ability to maintain confidentiality
What youll need:
Minimum Grade 12 education with experience in a property management environment, or equivalent;
Respect for the diversity of others;
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
