The Corner Office is a Regina based firm developing niche out-sourced accounting services. We are searching for a dynamic, organized Office Administrator.
Reporting to the CEO and President of the Corner Office and working in a team environment, you will be responsible to perform the office and financial administrative functions to ensure a productive, effective office serving a group of professional accountants and other tenants.
With your skills and experience in administration and using technology to accomplish tasks, you will administer the work flow application, provide reception services, organize events, assist with travel and all the other necessary tasks that keep an office well-run and organized. Your computer skills are up to date. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and easily learn new applications. Familiarity with accounting software is an asset.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using and applying current and new technologies in all aspects of work.
- Post-secondary education in business and office administration. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in managing a front office for professional teams.
- Ability to build long term relationships based on customer service, respect for confidentiality and credibility.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize work assignments.
- Excellent team work skills
- Ability to be professional, discrete and confidential always.
- Organized and detail oriented.
