Duties may include but not limited to:
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
- Meat cutting, trimming and boning
- Sausage making of various types
- Grinding of trim
- Daily cleaning of the cutting area, sausage room and abattoir
* Some heavy lifting may be required
* Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to
* Group Benefit Package
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
