Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting company. Were currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistant professionals for short term and long-term opportunities in and around the Regina area.
These vital roles entail greeting guests, answering the main switchboard, preparing mail & couriers for both internal & external distributions. Some roles may include some accounting functions including coding and verifying invoices, accounts receivable/payable as well as attending meetings and recording minutes, filing, and general office duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Any experience working in accounting-based programs (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) would be a definite asset
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
Results oriented and ability to prioritize & multi-task.
