Description

Drew Consulting is a growing Regina based Project Management and Technical Services firm with a focus on healthcare, education, and community projects. We offer flexible work arrangements including full-time, part-time, and work-share opportunities. We are currently looking for an Intermediate/Senior Project Manager to be part of a team managing the full project life cycle of infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects. Flexible communication skills with a variety of stakeholders and experience in construction are necessary for success in this position.
The Intermediate/Senior Project Manager will work with senior project leads and coordinators for larger programs and run autonomously on projects.
Role
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Establish and manage project schedule, scope, and budget
- Project forecasting and reporting
- Stakeholder and communication management
Requirements
- Basic understanding of construction and prime consultant contracts
- 5+ years experience in the construction industry
- 2+ years of project related experience
- CAPM, PMP or Project Management training considered an asset
- Diploma or degree from post secondary institution, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Driver's licence and ability to travel within Saskatchewan
