Kelly Services is recruiting for a Dispatcher for our client here in Saskatoon. This is a full time position for several months with the potential for long term permanent employment if you are the right fit. If you have experience scheduling service appointments and have great customer service skills this could be the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Calling customers to schedule service appointments
Dispatching service and inspection technicians
Collect work orders and prepare invoices for billing
Report technicians' hours and keep track of completed inspections
Perform follow-up service calls
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting
Previous experience in dispatch or call center
Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent work experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and use good judgement
Maintain professionalism at all times while communicating with both internal and external customers
Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
