Complete Technologies is Saskatchewan's leading, award-winning Managed Services provider. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Technical Analyst (Computer Technician - Tier 1) for a full time employment.
Position overview:
Junior Technical Analyst contributes to the success of Complete Technologies by providing timely, professional and efficient technical support to our clients, while providing excellent customer service. They report to Technical Team Lead and work together with other technicians leading projects for our clients.
Perfect candidates have:
- Recent experience working with medium sized businesses or as a part of IT helpdesk;
- Communication skills as most of the work will be on-site client-facing service calls;
- Experience with hosted solutions (Office 365, Hosted Exchange server, etc.);
- Experience managing and monitoring the performance of computer systems and networks using RMM tools;
- Follow procedures and technical checklists;
- Positive attitude to work and life;
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

- Managing and leading projects;
- Monitoring client's networks and backup reports;
- Assisting with choosing the best technical solution for the client's needs.
