Preparing work schedules and training staff,assigning and coordinating work of employees, scheduling the staff according to the requirement of the business,following the safety procedures and making sure the staff follows the same, reporting any accidents or issues to the manager,managing and checking the quality of the food in the kitchen, checking inventory and order the same, helping the kitchen staff whenever required, having proper knowledge of the cash out and billing, having proper knowledge of handling the kitchen in absence of the manager, reporting directly to the kitchen manager for daily reports
