The Team Lead will provide a range of guidance, direction, and support regarding the interpretation, administration and implementation of human resource programs, procedures, policies, collective agreements, and legislative standards (including human rights legislation) in our multi-unionized environment. With a focus on excellence, the Team Lead will provide exceptional services and support to clients and the HR team, support research into leading trends impacting services and advocate for change where opportunities for improvement exist. This position will support the coordination and development of human resource strategies for all areas to ensure consistency throughout Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
