A position is available for a Financial Administrator. The Financial Administrator will administer & maintain the companys accounting systems in accordance with Canadian generally accepted standards. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting activities, and you will provide accurate & timely financial and management reports.
Responsibilities include:
-preparing of financial statements, financial summaries, & management reports
-bank reconciliations
-preparing corporate, GST and PST returns
-assist with AP and AR, including coding, data entry, and reconciling customer and vendor accounts

-assist in the preparation of operational budgets
-assist in the development & maintenance of accounting procedures & internal controls.
Your qualifications include:
-professional accounting designation(CPA,CA, CGA,CMA)- preferred
-minimum 3 years accounting experience,
-experience in the construction industry would by an asset but not a requirement
-proficient computer skills
-a combination of education and experience will be considered
