Adecco is currently hiring for a Records Management Coordinator, this is a full time Contract for up to 24 months located in Regina, SK. To be considered for this Records Management Coordinator role, you must have strong organizational and analytical skills. Records Management Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provide record assessments for physical/paper and electronic records utilizing corporate policy and compliance requirements
Prepare inventory sheets for records using standard forms
Retrieve active and inactive boxes of records from storage
Review and prepare existing boxes of records for indexing, classification, cataloguing and organizing
Prepare electronic and physical records for disposal requests
Prepare physical/paper records for long term offsite storage
Records Management Coordinator Qualifications:
Business Admin Certificate or Diploma is preferred. Alternative - Office Education Certificate
Beneficial, not Mandatory: Certified Records Manager (CRM), Electronic Records Management Specialist (ERMS), Enterprise Content Management Specialist (ECMS), Certified Information Professional (CIP)
Experience with the following software would be beneficial
MS Office including SharePoint
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience would be considered an asset
FileBridge Software experience would be considered an asset
FileLaw Software experience would be considered an asset
Strong organizational and analytical skills
