Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring an experienced developer to create, enhance and maintain a DevOps environment and support other IT product teams by building pipelines and operating DVCS, develop Infrastructure as Code using tools like bash, Ansible, Docker and AWS CloudFormation.


What youll do:
    Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional, agile team
    Facilitate collaboration with other engineers, product owners, and designers to solve interesting and challenging problems for delivering various services.
    Mentor developers and analysts
    You'll be a leader in creating better tools and practices, and will champion their adoption
    You'll be automating our build and deployment processes, customizations, upgrades and monitoring of our services

Required Skills:
    Strong Linux and networking knowledge
    Knowledge of security and encryption
    Strong leader with proven experience in DevOps environments
    Confident communicator, able to work effectively with support teams, user communities and application development groups
    Ability to clearly communicate advanced technical decisions to non-technical business stakeholders and executives
    Familiarity with agile practices, preferably in a financial institution context
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
