Description

Content Marketing Strategists work to help local businesses establish and/or maintain their online presence with the use of various forms of content. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who understands the importance of quality content to drive results for small businesses, has a keen eye for detail, and can keep up with the changing landscape in content marketing. They must also be comfortable in switching gears quickly, working with tight deadlines, and learning new content strategies efficiently.

Responsibilities
Help businesses establish themselves as local experts with well-researched, topical, and original content ideas
Create organic posts for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google My Business for a variety of industries
Ensure quality control with a keen eye for grammar, syntax, and more
Onboard and educate new clients to help them understand social media strategies and best practices
Provide exceptional customer service for our partners and their clients
Maintain an ever-changing understanding of current content marketing trends and strategies

Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills are a must
Effective customer service skills required
Digital marketing experience an asset
Proficient knowledge of social media platforms
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Bachelors degree in English or Marketing considered an asset
