Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader to join our Production Department on Day Shift.

Some of the key activities of this role are:

Lead Team Members in the performance of their day-to-day activities
Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback
Lead process improvement activities
Monitor and address output & productivity issues
Take responsibility for ensuring the maximum production output
Plan for all pre and post-Kaizen activities
Take ownership of all processes and products so that they meet all quality standards
Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and the maintenance of equipment
Comply with all federal and provincial safety standards, guidelines and policies
Support team members by proactively addressing issues that are affecting quality

The successful candidate will have:

Manufacturing experience, hands on, in a related business - 3 to 5 years
Formal training in leadership
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical prints or specification documents
Proficient computer skills and knowledge, (MS Windows, MS Office, email, internet, etc.)
Previous direct experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is an asset
Leadership and team building skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving, decision making and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships and function as a team member
Outstanding interpersonal skills
