Description

Must be 19 years of age and have a valid Serve it Right Saskatchewan Certificate.

Experience preferred, but willing to provide some training to the right candidate. Previous serving experience (restaurant, cafe, bistro) would be an asset.


Duties include:

-preparing drinks including highballs, cocktails, shooters, and beer.

-serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and organized fashion.

-keep the bar and seating areas organized, clean, and stocked.

-count inventory as required

-maintain and service VLTs, serve VLT players, cash VLT tickets, and clean VLT machines.

-must demonstrate a high level of sanitation standards and food safety.

-be able to answer questions and assist guests.

-must be able to work well independently in a fast paced environment without compromising food/beverage quality.

-take payments, use a point of sale system, and do cashouts.

-must have excellent cash handling skills and basic math skills.

-be a good multi tasker with a good memory

-be resposible, punctual, have good attendance and have reliable transportation to work.

-be a good communicator with guests, other staff,  and management.

-must be friendly and pleasant towards customers and staff.
