Description

The role of Videographer is to help our marketing team generate leads with compelling video content. This candidate should be comfortable with all aspects of the production process, from pre-production to filming to postproduction. This is a great opportunity for anyone who can produce quality work fast and values testing and results over pixel-perfect execution.

Responsibilities
Producing both larger video projects and fast, on-the-fly clips that showcase our solutions, thought leaders, and partners
Planning video shoots based on demand generation objectives
Filming, editing, and uploading footage to communication channels as needed
Repurposing long-form video content into shorter microcontent for social channels
Designing, sourcing, and licensing required visual elements for video projects
Testing video-related marketing tactics to drive awareness, conversion, and advocacy
Maintaining videography and photography equipment along with our corporate videographer
Scaling video production capabilities by enabling cross-functional teams to assist in production and follow frameworks, best practices, and guidelines
Formulating and establishing a video strategy to promote our online videos in a way that drives traffic, creates leads, and furthers other sales goals

Qualifications
3+ years experience in videography and editing
Proficient with industry-standard software, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Experience with motion graphics and audio editing software
Familiar with studio lighting and audio recording best practices
Organized and diligent with strong attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
