- Book parties, reservations and catering services
- Ensure proper food handling and safety compliance of staffs

- Prepare staff weekly schedule ensuring that complete staff are available especially during special occasions.
- Able to train and hire staff as necessary
- Must be able to supervised 6 to 8 staff members
- Assist servers during informal and service activities.
- Train staff with the proper use of kitchen equipments, cutlery, assemble food take outs and order taking.
- Check to make sure staffs are wearing proper work attire.
- Evaluate staff's work performance

- Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation guidelines are observe all throughout the restaurant
- Observe opening and end of day activities including closing of sales, cash floats, cleaning, proper food storage and waste inventory.
- Responsible for weekly inventory such as beverages and other items that the restaurant needs.
