Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated individual to add to our IT Team.

As a member of the IT team, this position will proactively seek and identify business opportunities by conducting needs assessments and business process modelling. Additionally, it will support a positive work environment that promotes service excellence to the organization.

Key activities of this role include:

Database Development/ERP Administration and Support
End User Support
Documentation
Technology Awareness

The successful candidate will have:
7-9 years experience in information services, including experience in business analysis, process design and defining strategic business and IT requirements for the delivery of IT initiatives
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
Previous experience as Business Analyst for SAP B1 project lifecycle considered an asset
Thorough knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including best practices related to application development and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of application development lifecycles, application quality assurance, supporting practices, and methodologies.
Ability to prepare and present reports/presentations of a specialized nature utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to document business analysis deliverables accurately and with a professional standard.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, staff and representatives of other agencies.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, and project management skills, including the ability to relate with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
The Business Analyst will support the IT department in gathering requirements and delivering value to the organization.
