Essence is recruiting an Administrative Assistant on behalf of Sutton Wealth Planning.
This will be a 13-month term position starting on January 2nd. The Administrative Assistant will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the wealth planning and benefits and pension divisions of the company. You will have a can-do attitude with the willingness to assist others to achieve the goals of Sutton and maintain overall company culture. In addition to being a team player, the Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, preparing Group Benefits quotes, running reports, books and prepares client meetings, completing data entry, and investigating, analyzing and executing problem solving tactics and follow up to client service issues. This role is suited for someone who is personable and enjoys being in a supportive role with a friendly, fun, engaged, passionate and professional team. If you are detail-orientated and motivated by data-entry and numbers, this would make a great fit.
Education and Experience:
-3-5 years in a support, admin or similar role
-Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Business
-Life Insurance License is a definite asset
-Basic knowledge of computer programs and software Skills and Competencies
-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow through
-Collaborative, team player and has a strong orientation to build good relationships
-Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
-Strong communication skills, verbally and written -Interpersonal, friendly, and welcoming personality
