Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a consulting firm with deep roots in Saskatoon, in their search for a Part-Time HR Manager.
The HR Manager will contribute to the success of this privately-owned company by implementing and executing short and long-term strategies, policies and programs to support business objectives.  The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with owners and leaders and become a trusted advisor and facilitator of change. This permanent part-time position will provide both strategic and tactical support to the organization and will report directly to the President.

Continuing the development of a company culture that emphasizes collaboration, high performance and accountability
Providing advice and consultative support to leaders
Partnering with leaders to ensure talent acquisition is in line with organizational goals. Writing job descriptions, directing recruiting efforts, coordinating interviews, developing interview guides and negotiating employment contracts
Overseeing the learning and development needs of the organization and developing and implementing training programs.

10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in a management position
Bachelor's degree, CPHR designation preferred
Strong business acumen with experience aligning HR strategies to support business objectives
Broad knowledge of HR practices including compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, change management and organizational development
