Shercom Industries turns scrap tires into amazing...

And we are looking for help, in the form of Full-Time Production staff. We are increasing our production and require employees on a variety of shifts.  Applicants must be available to work evening shifts.

We are an award winning company that participates in the growing sustainable economy in Saskatchewan. As a fully integrated recycler, processor and manufacturer of tire-derived rubber products, we offer state-of-the-art playground & recreational rubber-paved surfaces, home & garden solutions (ie. mulch and patio tiles) plus durable light-industrial products.

The position:
Perform the following duties on our production lines, including but not limited to: pressing, stacking, packing, unpacking, bagging, sealing, operating equipment and any other tasks assigned by management and/or leadership.
Safety, quality and production policies and procedures must be followed and carried out on a daily basis.
If you apply we expect you to possess:

    Valid Class 5 Drivers License and
        access to transportation (we are
        located in the North Corman Park
        Industrial Area)
    Fluency in English
    The ability to contribute in a highly
        team-oriented environment
    A strong work ethic
    Critical thinking skills and the
        Confidence to creatively problem solve
    Confidence in setting goals and being
        held accountable to those goals
        Lift up to 40 pounds
        Forklift operation
        Experience in a safety-conscious
        industrial or manufacturing environment
        is an asset
