Flaman Group of Companies is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in Saskatoon as a Parts and Rentals Customer Service Representative. POSITION SUMMARY Successful candidates will be self-starters who are customer focused and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping customers find the right parts/rental equipment for their situation
Booking and scheduling equipment rentals and deliveries
Examining returned equipment for damages
Merchandising
Ensuring the showroom is kept clean, presentable and up to date
Managing information in our database
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Outstanding customer service skills and customer focus
A eager and motivated attitude
A willingness to learn new things and to help out other team members.
Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment is an asset.
