Description

At BOLD were innovating the cannabis industry with advanced agricultural and horticultural practices to accommodate our ever-improving standards of production. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record of leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform sampling of cannabis and raw materials
Coordinate sample submission for testing with third party labs
Review and compile test result data, perform trending analysis of data
Development and maintenance of SOPs
Perform environmental monitoring testing
Assist in development of internal specifications for raw material testing and source labs for testing
Approve incoming materials as specified by SOPs
Assist with third-party laboratory qualification
Maintain QA/QC records

Requirements

Bachelors degree in relevant science (Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science or related field)
3+ years experience working in Quality Control
Working knowledge of Cannabis Regulations, ICH, GMP, Ph. Eur a strong asset
Experience/knowledge with lab equipment including HPLC/UPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR an asset
General knowledge of microbiology
