At Bee-J's Office Plus we are committed to providing exceptional customer service whether virtually, over the phone or in person. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with possibility of overtime hours outside of schedule. Hours of work are from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday. Position includes benefits after three months of employment.
As an IT Support Analyst you would be required to work with the IT department in order to accomplish the following in a polite and professional manner.
~ Meet SLAs for in person and remote desktop support and be available to provide information to clients as requested
~ Be available in store to provide retail information
~ Contribute to administrative duties in the IT department as assigned
~ Contribute to new projects as they are planned and deployed
Requirements
~ 5 years experience in enterprise level IT environments OR 3 years experience with suitable accreditation relevant to enterprise level IT environments. Experience or certification with the following skills would be acceptable
~ Microsoft Server Directory Services
~ Microsoft Server Group Policy Management
~ Network infrastructure
~ Excellent interpersonal skills
~ Class 5 driver?s licence
~ Reference from previous relevant employer. Contact information to be provided with submitted resume
