Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will execute key initiatives in the Vendasta platform related to Retention & Growth, working closely with the Product Lead and other key stakeholders (Design, Developers, Success on Demand, Marketing, Sales, Executive team, etc) in cross-functional projects, and testing prototypes and features. You will build innovative and customer-focused products for our Cloud Brokers and the small-to-medium-sized businesses they serve.

Responsibilities
Drive the development, launch, and measurement of experiments and iterative improvements in our platform, as part of a growth team
Collaborate with Product Lead and other key stakeholdersincluding but not limited to Cloud Brokers, Sales, Marketing, Success, and the Executive teamto gather important insights that drive your initiative in the right direction
Execute, according to the divisional milestones and roadmap, innovative and engaging initiatives that solve customers problems
Communicate upcoming and in-progress work to stakeholders, working across divisional lines to maximize the impact of our releases
Facilitate product backlog refinement (PBR) sessions with development teams and stakeholders
Work with development teams to ensure software is built according to acceptance criteria

Qualifications
Innovative and consistently curiousconstantly seeking ways to improve our offerings based on industry trends, experience, common customer pain points, and competitor research
Passionate about products and all things digital, with a keen interest in using technology both personally and professionally
Knowledgeable about and up-to-date on all things technologyespecially in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space; interested in learning about what other companies are doing and finding ways to apply to our offerings
3+ years in agile/customer success/data analysis considered a strong asset
Bachelors in Computer Science considered a strong asset
