Description:
Battle Creek Grazing Pasture Ltd. is seeking an experienced pasture manager and rider for the 2020 grazing season commencing April 15 through to November 15. The Battle Creek Grazing Pasture handles up to 1700 pair on 71 065 acres of land.
Both manager and rider must have horsemanship skills and experience treating cattle and working with livestock. Each are expected to have their own horses (up to 6 allowed) and tack.  Having a truck and trailer would also be an asset.  A strong work ethic is required. Must be able to communicate with patrons and board members.  Duties will include but are not limited to fence maintenance, herd health, record keeping, herd moves, salting, some light mechanical work and any other ranch duties that may arise.  
The Battle Creek Grazing Pasture Ltd. provides accommodations and barn.
Wages and benefits will be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
