Eden Care Communities is hiring in our group homes in Moose Jaw. The Disability Support Worker/PSW provides personal and supportive living care and activities of daily living for residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports residents in meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities:
- The Group Home Care Partner works under supervision of the Care Manager.
- The position is responsible for providing personal care and activities of daily living for residents at our new group home located in Moose Jaw.
Hours:
- We are currently recruiting for Part-Time, and Casual.
Qualifications:
Preference is given to candidates with a certificates in either Personal Care Worker at St John Ambulance, Disability Support Worker, Continuing Care Aide
- Valid Driver's License
- Mental Health First Aid/CPR
- TLR
- Advanced PART
- Food Safe Handling Certificate
Experience with comprehensive behavior support plans and asset. Previous experience supporting adults with challenging behaviors (unmet needs) is an asset.
