Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Developer who has experience working with PeopleSoft HCM software. This position will be responsible for developing, analyzing and maintaining complex and confidential spreadsheets, queries and reports to support various areas of the division such as collective bargaining, labour and employee relations, compensation, payroll, staffing and performance management. It will also liason with Systems, business areas and/or vendors on the delivery of human resource system and process activities, maintain HRMS daily operations, provide ongoing technical and operational support, advice and guidance for HRMS, establishe processes, support business activities for HR projects and operations, analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and liaison with Systems to communicate business requirements for the development of appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

    Knowledge of reporting and business analytics.
    Knowledge of user acceptance testing methods and procedures.
    Knowledge of human resources management processes.
    Knowledge of applicable principles and business practices and the skill to integrate and communicate that knowledge.
    Highly proficient in the use of support software, including PeopleSoft HCM, Jira, PeopleTools, EKP, InfoMaker, Crystal Reports and HP Service Manager.
    Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in spreadsheet and database development (e.g. Excel).
