We are looking for an individual with an outgoing, friendly personality, stable work background, and excellent computer and typing skills to cover for a maternity leave.
Duties will include:
- Answering and dispatching telephone calls
- Typing, faxing, filing, photocopying, and processing emails
- Updating used equipment listings, social media and web page
- Advertising of equipment and completing co-op claim forms
- Creating monthly statement advertisements
- Ordering and stocking of promotional clothing
- General data entry and sorting
- Various other administrative duties as required

Completion of administrative schooling, knowledge of marketing and graphic design, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task would be definite assets.
Note the right candidate may be offered a full-time permanent position upon completion of the maternity leave term.
This position will start the week of January 27, 2020 with the first few weeks consisting of training by the present receptionist.
